Yup; the fact that this endorsement ISN'T all over the MSM is the biggest news. It clearly shows how corrupt the establishment MSM is. We almost to the point that our media is state run.

huffingtonpost, just posted:
Dr. Ron Paul: 6 Reasons He Is Electable and Will Win

Romney is the unelectable candidate, not Dr. Paul.

6. Dr. Paul not an "isolationist"

5. Dr. Ron Paul would run the U.S. budget like many of us responsibly handle our money at home: Spending less than we make and getting rid of dishonest or unnecessary waste.

4. Dr. Paul's plans for the country make sense.

3. Dr. Paul has the right track record, temperament and character to be President. He is mentally clear, firm and tells the truth.

2. He is the only one who makes sense in the debates.

1. Dr. Paul is the only person in the 2012 race for president who wants to serve the country. All the other candidates like the idea of the power, status, glory and success. Dr. Paul has humility and a humble approach that no other candidate has.

Hmm, I didn't see the announcement; but they're saying the live feed was cut off before it happened. Shame...will have to see on YT later.

It is big news. Paul just got an extra 5-10% in the South Carolina Primary.

Even if he doesn't beat Romney, he's going to do very well again.

Yup; after SC, this becomes a 2 man race and Paul should get some votes that would go to Newt or Santorum. Me thinks Those 2 will be pressured into staying in the race to suck away Paul votes.

Bunch of fraudsters.

Yea, shock and awe to the trolls who can't believe real people are awakening to our corrupt government while said trolls stay asleep and in fear.

Clearly people are waking up when Paul finished 3rd in Iowa...

3rd in Iowa, 2nd in New Hampshire, and now he's surging in South Carolina. The other candidates aren't even on the ballot in several states. It's a two man race between Ron Paul and Mitt Romney. The people have the chance to choose between pro-establishment and anti-establishment, anti-constitution and pro-constitution, war or peace, liberty or tyranny. Let's hope they choose wisely.

Just in case anyone, like me, hasn't actually seen the endorsement and would like to read Sen. Tom Davis Endorsement Announcement, there it is. A snippet,

“Ron Paul’s record matches his rhetoric, his fiscal plan matches the fiscal challenges that our nation is facing and his movement represents the taxpayers whose interests have been ignored in the political process for far too long.” “I’m also endorsing him because unlike what the pundits have led you to believe, he is the candidate who gives the Republican Party the best chance to beat Barack Obama in November.”

To be honest I'm not sure how important his endorsement really is, but some of you have indicated that the media has been talking about his endorsement, so it will be interesting to see their (predictably, lackthereof) reaction to this. Give 'em a chance though, it is Sunday after all.
