This is the first time I read someone else opinion on this that is similar to mine. This person has had a life of the worst kind of sexual drive. The kind that creates a self-loathing that even with everything stacked against them they still do it.
It has been going on for thousands of years and is usually an ex-victim of child molestation themselves.
We need to figure this one out. Everyone that makes these torture statements most not be thinking.
People do not think much anymore they just react.
Think it through then react.

No, your wrong, cut the #ers balls off and tie him to a tree in a public square and let the public have there way with him. Your way has not worked. We now have university professors and media lobbying for this sick group of #s to be a protected class! Maybe you get raped and ask the guy why,,, I say die mother#er die!!!edit on 14-1-2012 by yamammasamonkey because: (no reason given)
The decadelong wave of sexual offenses committed by women — teachers in particular have exposed a cultural double standard: The public is more willing to accept the female abuser's claim that she had a "relationship" with the victim. And in cases in which the male is a teenager, the sexual abuse is more likely to be dismissed as a rite of passage. The questionable, yet overriding assumption, is that women predators are somehow different from men

Yes i can imagine how hard it is on parents and the damage it leaves kids for the rest of there lives.
But i believe there condition along with other disorders can be dealt with , one way or another .
I'm not saying he should be free to hurt other children , i'm saying he should be in a proper place with proper treatment to be studied . Sure many tests and what have been done , but i believe were in the baby stages of learning more about what would cause people to commit such crimes.
I want to fix it for the long term ,
not kill the man for the short term .
yea sure tax payers shouldn't pay for it , but like i said earlier in the post there are ways to make him pay for his own jail time , while saving tax payers money , while being productive for a job that needs to be done , while be locked up and while be studied .
Everyone wins except the victims of course. But that is the case with most major crimes.
i know the victims would want the man destroyed at all costs , i would too if that happened to my child. But would it really solve anything besides a vendetta ? i would find more closure knowing things are being done to prevent this from happening to the best of our abilities .
but some victims understandably want to take justice into there own hands
like this chap
its a very touchy subject , but to me death penalty is a ugly "solution"

Surely once proven without a doubt that a person(s) guilty of these type of horrific crimes against our innocent children, we should just execute them?
No amount of YEARS can ever undo the years of suffering those children have already gone through, let alone the ongoing pychological damage it will do to them, amd the people they in turn will come in contact with, for the rest of their lives.

"Surely once proven without a doubt that a person(s) guilty of these type of horrific crimes against our innocent children, we should just execute them? "
surely not good sir !
He has a sexual urge for children, but why? Sucha dangerous thing to do , but still he goes after it , being a sex offender is one of the worst titles and most mocked and hated against , but he still went to do it
we gotta figure out the driving forces enviromental , biological , psychological , etc
we have to study them , and find out what would cause such strong sexual urges towards children.
Same with homosexuals , when i ask them about it , they tell me do you really i think i would choose this willingly? to be laughed at? mocked at ? befriended? disowned by my own family,
they tell me they are just born this way .
yea i know don't mix up the too , but just giving an example of what reason and logic might be going thru the pedo's mind .
Yes lock him up away from children , But no need to terminate the man.
Career moves since 2000
In 2002, Snapper records re-promoted The Ultimate Gary Glitter, a two-CD anthology of Glitter's music first issued in 1997, days after his arrest (see below), which covers his commercial breakthrough in 1972 up to that point; again it was moderately successful.
In September 2001 he released a new album, On, that included material written before his 1999 British conviction. That material was to have been part of a project called Lost on Life Street until that album's release was cancelled following his arrest. By December 2004, after releasing a new single, "Control", Glitter was in the news again concerning his behaviour; NGOs had been petitioning the government with their own evidence aimed at arresting Glitter. Glitter moved to Vietnam.
In 2005 Remember Me This Way, the documentary filmed at Glitter's career peak in 1973 (and originally released in 1974), was issued for the first time on DVD. Glitter's music itself still had an audience, further demonstrated by three new album releases, although all of them contained past recordings from the vaults, rather than new product. The first two new albums were issued at the same time, The Remixes and Live in Concert (the latter of which was a 1981 recording). These were only for sale on the Internet. A new collection of Glitter's chart hit singles followed, The Best of Gary Glitter.[13] In 2006 his back catalogue was made available via the Internet from sites such as iTunes and eMusic.

That video sends chills down my spine. It was a pretty irresponsible move in my opinion. He had to have gone in there thinking he was going to go to prison. If the judge or jury would have been following the law, he would have. That wasn't manslaughter, that was premeditated murder. Was he considering that his son had just been through the worst experience of his life, and needed his father? Then again, I have never been in that situation, so I have no clue what I would do.
BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 27— A father who fatally shot a man suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting his son was given a suspended prison term today and sentenced to five years of probation. The man, Leon Gary Plauche, 39 years old, had pleaded no contest to manslaughter in the death of Jeffrey Doucet, 25, who was shot in the head in the Baton Rouge airport in March 1984. The shooting occurred as deputies were returning Mr. Doucet in handcuffs from California, where he had been arrested on a charge of kidnapping Mr. Plauche's 11-year-old son. Judge Frank Saia of State District Court sentenced Mr. Plauche to undergo treatment for substance abuse and perform 300 hours of community service work.

Move to a muslim country then if you want to castrate people, etc.
If you advocate such a thing, don't whine the next time Iran or some other country is in the news for chopping off someone's hands, etc.
