Are tables allowed on the forums (in any way shape or form?).

Some of the information I'd like to present loses it's coherance when everything is linear top down. I'd like to be able to put text to the left or right of an image, or bulletpoints etc.

Thought I'd ask if I was missing something (I never tried to see if html is allowed, I just assume it's turned off), and it doesn't hurt to ask.

hey CatHerder

erm..thinking about tables, well i found this for you

This is centered (Aligned Text) is a way you can align the txt and you can you right of left where it says centre.

how it works in pracitse

This is centered

the list, i have seen people use it, if you look below to see that, and how it works
[* ]List Item #1
[* ]List Item #2
[* ]List Item #2
(List)

as for the list, it will look like this

 • List Item #1
 • List Item #2
 • List Item #2

note the spaces, do not use them, as it will not show right

html is turned off on here

thats about the best help i can be on this question hope it helps

The only time HTML is allowed in a forum post is when it's intended for the main site content, in which case, the author is "". Otherwise, typical HTML tables are not allowed.
