So if a big US ally like India says this, you bet China is gonna ignore the US totally.

India: Business With Iran Will Continue - Official

India will continue doing business with Iran and does not see a reason to seek a waiver from the United States that would protect buyers of Iranian oil from a new round of sanctions, an unnamed senior Indian Cabinet minister said Jan. 12, Reuters reported. The minister said government officials would visit Iran from Jan. 16 to Jan. 21 to find ways to pay for oil in light of the U.S. sanctions.

Go India!

Finally , a country with a back bone.

India , like many other countries are probably wondering who will be next. Along with recent bad blood with Pakistan, the US through their war mongering could do what many thought impossible, a softening stance between those two countries.

Would be quite a combo, Pak, India, Russia , Iran.

It is good news. I have wondered how many of those Central Asia/Middle Eastern countries have puppet players within their governments but it seems at least India, for the time being, isn't one of them.

You can sanction a people's economy, you can sanction their food, you can sanction their water, you can sanction the air they breathe... but don't you dare sanction their oil import needs !
