Hey I forget whatto look up but it wasa presidents dream about 80 years ago of some rain man

The op should try forming a coherent sentence in order to pose a question.

Is the presidents rain prediction just for the DC area?
Has he released any long range forecasts, and especially for the south east?

If his prediction is accurate, I know where he can get a job as a weatherman.
The one we have is lousy. He changes his "predictions" every couple of hours and calls his predictions "progressive" weather reporting.
