S-400 were installed around Moscow in 2007.

Russia has for sure put at least S-300s at Tartus to protect their citizen. Maybe even S-400s, but I doubt it since it could fall into enemy hands to study.

I would think the CIA has more important things to do these days, like managing the drug war and Al-CIAda than checking out the Russian Federation's hardware, anyways.
