The Downing Street Memo

Connected to possible 9/11 conspiracies through a cascading sequence of events leading to the "War on Terror", the Downing Street "Memo" is a document containing meeting minutes transcribed during the British Prime Minister's meeting on July 23, 2002. The meeting occurred a full eight months PRIOR to the invasion of Iraq. The Times of London originally printed the text of the memo on May 1, 2005, but the US media coverage has been limited at best. The minutes in the memo detail how the US government did not believe Iraq was a greater threat than any other nation, how intelligence was modified to sell the case for war, and how the Administration’s assurances of "war as a last resort" were contrary to their privately stated intentions.

If the argument is he wanted to supply WMDs to terrorists, why aren't there links to North Korea, suitcase nukes, etc.?

Why the hell isn't Bin Laden's denial in the master list?
