My personal belief on the subject, I believe that there is extraterrestrial life, but I think it is likely not too involved in what is going on here.

I am not sure how much of our current shadow technology is based on something acquired from an extraterrestrial source, and how much of it is from our own terrestrial genius.

I am of the opinion that human creativity is capable of considerably more than the average public is aware, and most of it is suppressed for various reasons. I believe that at least some (most?) of what we have observed and reported as "UFOs" are in fact human engineered and built X Craft, using UFOs as a disinformation cover story in a ploy to discredit any possible witnesses.

Such technology was originally conceptualized and partially developed by a normal (well sort of) human by the name of Nikola Tesla in the late 1800s. In depth investigations of technical documents from the US and Germany in the 1930s and 1940s indicates technology that we have never actively persued, at least not in public eye.
