I know this is a long shot but I wanted to see if anyone on ATS happened to see the same UFO as me last night. I've really never seen anything like it. I saw it around 5:30pm est last night near the intersection of I-295 and MD-32 in Laurel, MD. It was shaped like a top (like one you spin on a table). It had a few lights near the top and had pulsating lights that moved rhythmically and turned on and off all around the side of the craft. It was hovering around where you would expect a traffic helicopter to be. It appeared to be spinning around slowly. It was extremely surreal. I know the whole "pics or it didn't happen thing" but all I have is my word. I know what I saw and I hope someone else was able to see it as well. Thanks.

Sorry, can't say I saw it. I live in the UK....

Is it just me or does there seem to be a lot more sightings happening lately?

Could it be for real or is it just people jumping on the 2012 doom thing?

Not saying you didn't see something OP, just maybe some people are just hoaxing for the 2012 hype.

Even though I live near Baltimore City, I was not near the general vicinity of that area at that time. But my guess, that the UFO you saw, was hovering near the National Security Angency {NSA} complex.

You're correct. It was about a mile from NSA. Also not far from Fort Meade.

I'm sure there are plenty of people hoaxing. I'm not saying what I saw was alien, but it was definitely something unique. And it was only up in the sky briefly because I lost sight of it when I turned around to try and get a picture.

I'm sure NSA could tell you something about the UFO you saw last night ---- What with all the radar domes and satellite dishes that they have spread all over the complex. They even labled one of their radar {satellite?} dome's as the "Fear Dome." NSA ..... must be all abuzz, if it was a real UFO last night, what with phone calls to President Obama, and his Chiefs of Staff; but certainly not too the press.

i live in West Baltimore off of Edmondson Ave. Route 40 West . i saw 3 very bright strange lights 2 nights ago .
it was the same as a vid i found of a ufo over Baltimore on new years eve . we may have been observing the same thing

I saw the same exact thing right before Christmas. It was around 5:30 pm hovering over the grass in the median on Rt 32. Right before the I-95 exit. It wasn't what you would picture a typical UFO would look like. Top shaped, rhythmic colorful lights. NSA would definitely have to know about this!

Yes unfortunately Pics or it didn't happen =\...

But i am interested by your story if you come across anything about it post it up mate...

a sketch would be good but a pic or video is the key here =D

Sorry man I tried to get a pic but I didn't want to get in an accident on a highway.

All I have is my word. I know it was something unique that I saw.

Whatever it was has definitely changed my perspective on UFO's. It was so strange looking that it looked fake, almost surreal. I come home that route everyday. Hopefully, it happens again. If it does I'm taking pics!
