It's the ATS management showing you what is expected to happen with all the new interference from the government .. with what Obama is signing in as
law ... censorship via the US gov't ... just like they have in Iran. This is their 'protest' to educate everyone on how serious it is.

That's been out there for a bit now. It pops up from time to time.
Basically a self promoting ATS ad that can, if you want, take you to a thread rearding NDAA & SOPA and the dangers they pose to the average citizen..
