Isn't it funny that all the anti Obama people never actually argue facts...but just give opinions of how they feel he is doing...

The facts they usually do try to counter are usually from a right wing blog or other garbage biased based sites.

I made a thread with a 100 things Obama has done during presidency and this is the reaction I got....more BS from the right than actual facts to counter.

They may (I repeat may) have an actual argument with few of the points made but can't refute the majority...they would rather just spread propaganda and lies about how he has accomplished nothing.

By the way here is the original article...

How can u say Obama has done nothing?

I admire your optimism, my friend, but I don't share it.

Certainly Obama has done "things". Yes, he has signed legislation and he has bypassed Congress on occasion. He has made appointments, made Executive Orders.
The question is whether he has done much good. Many answers to that question, that he has NOT, have been provided here. But, the bigger issue is this. Is it his JOB to do "good"? Good for whom? That is the question.
He has done very well at expanding the role of government. He has increased the size of government. He has increased the national debt. Those are clear results of his actions.
Does any of this benefit us? Those of us that are not IN government? I don't think so.
Actually, I think it is clear that he works for special interests, not OUR interests. That is so glaringly obvious to me, that I do not trust people that try to pretend otherwise. I don't understand how they have the intelligence to write a logical sentence.
I guess it explains why they generally don't.

One other thing we should add for obama. The payroll tax cut . . . . which is also gutting Social Security.

Correct. He signed the same piece of legislation he swore to veto, the same piece HE requested (NDAA provision). He extended the Patriot Act. He pardoned the war-crimes and acts of treason from the previous administration. He enacted Obamacare. He expanded the wars, but some prObama advocates say his "killing" of Osama & late "withdrawal" from Iraq constitute a victory.

He broke most of his promises, most notably regarding drug prohibition; the importance of this is monumental considering it ruins the lives of millions of people, & disallows for an industry boom. Ironically his administration began cracking down on marijuana dispensaries instead.

He himself said he would be a one term president if he didn't fix the economy or live up to his campaign promise.

His campaign was driven by the funds of the largest corporations. --- Enough said.

He's a part of the problem & the apologist will come up with anything to counter the negatives. But it's simply not possible. The negatives of his holding office far out-way the few positives; and those positives are arguably not even.

Do your OWN homework.

"More private-sector jobs were created in the first eight months of 2010 than in the eight years of the Bush administration," -Nancy Pelosi

First, Pelosi carefully cited private-sector employment, not total employment. There's a valid reason to focus on private-sector jobs rather than government jobs, since private-sector jobs produce income-boosting goods and services to a degree that government jobs do not. Still, choosing private-sector jobs helps Pelosi's case in a crucial way: If she'd chosen total employment instead, her formulation would have been wrong.

Total employment -- that is, the combination of private- and public-sector jobs -- during Bush's tenure increased by 1.08 million, while total employment in 2010 has increased by 599,000. (Quick aside: Who would have thought that federal and state government jobs would have increased by 1.7 million in eight years under Bush and fallen by 357,000 since President Barack Obama took office?)

Second, Pelosi chose her start and end dates in a way that's highly favorable to Obama and unfavorable to Bush.

If she'd instead chosen to start from the beginning of Obama's term -- rather than half way through his first two years -- she would be stuck with a net loss of nearly 3 million private-sector jobs, not the increase of 847,000 she came up with for 2010. Pelosi essentially started counting from the low point for jobs and only counted the upward part of the trendline.

Meanwhile, the start and end points she used for Bush give the former president no such break. The jobs picture under Bush looked like an arc, heading generally upward through mid 2007 before heading downward again. If she had used only the upward portion of the arc, as she did for Obama, it would have showed a gain of 3.9 million private-sector jobs.

Nancy Pelosi says more private sector jobs created in 2010 than in eight years under Bush

Should I look up anymore?

60 minutes helped us out. Insider trading is legal for US congressmen only?

That explains how John Kerry had made perfect trades in the stock market.

Apparently, that inside information comes in handy.

FYI. This Obama thread has, what, 4 stars in 4 pages? So, if this were a poll, I think a lot of people would disagree with the OP.
Compare that to a popular thread defending Iran. 4 pages and 60 stars.
Obama is far less popular than Iran?
Hmmm.
Actually, THREE pages and 65 stars.

People believe what they want to believe ................ the facts speak for themselves.

My guess is if President Obama is not very careful he will go the way of JFK...............He is no man's puppet.

Saddled with a Congress that is a pretend Democrat but really a southern (what else) republican.

The trickle down theory does not work..............we really need to find a totally new way.

Obama is trying, from all my research and I spend hours upon hours of research, is trying to skirt around the irons tied around his ankles by a Congress that is really Republican.

Simply do the research vs. mouthing off.

Oh please.
Obama will not go the way of JFK. He is not going against the financial interests of the money changers aka the federal reserve.
He IS a puppet.
Obama HAS to do as he is told, he has a "past", and it isn't pretty.
Truth isn't pretty either.

Hello.................The policies of a president are usually not felt until 8 years later.........look to Bush Jr.

My guess is you are a die hard Republican right?

Obamaa has done more in 4 years than Bush Jr in eight for the common man.

Simply do the research.

You are miles away from reality with this post.

Yes, people believe what they want to believe. Your proof of that, supporting a habitual liar of a president who uses the constitution for toilet paper, and commits crimes against the American people without flinching.

My guess is if President Obama is not very careful he will go the way of JFK...............He is no man's puppet.
.... OBAMA IS THE PUPPET the polar opposite of JFK

Saddled with a Congress that is a pretend Democrat but really a southern (what else) republican.

You caught them, they were spending their whole political careers hiding as democrats waiting for Obama to get elected so they could screw him over.

Obama and the 111th Congress (2009/2010) has done nothing positive for the majority of American citizens.

The negative financial effects are already happening.

Unless that is, someone can actually list the legislation and all the positive effects.

Obama's first two years were the chance of a lifetime .... they blew it bigtime.

The current 112th is still going backwards.
