I'm a screenwriter and I'm just on here to get some info that isn't necessarily "concrete". Very interested in the Soviet military protocol.

Hey there randolphman, welcome aboard. I would try our search function, upper right button labeled 'search'
as a place to begin, Then perhaps scroll through the MIlitary Projects. forum ATS search is best though.

The military projects forum and the weaponry forum would be good places to start. Also, as mentioned above, the new search engine works quite well, so if the information you seek is here, it'll pick it out for you. Goodluck!

If I may ask, what are you looking for and what is the project you're working on??

I just finished my second draft of a screenplay about Russia and The United States on the brink of nuclear war. Everything in it is super official but I'm looking to add some stuff that could be really neat on the Soviet side and perhaps unconfirmed. Makes the audience think about the situation more.
