ATS under attack?

I have run some anti programs free trial stuff when the trial is over , MS security goes nuts, what would you recommend, running windows XP, and using firefox as web net iGoogle as search eng thanks

yes i have had that one on my email , it was asking me to change my pass word because some one had hacked into it.
i did change the pass word but i went into my email to do it and not on the link that was offered .

i have the free avg anti virus and i would recomend it to anyone

ok thanks will try that one any others to try? being on ATS takes one to many sites and one firewall does not seem the best protection.
