See, this is the silly part of it, I don't actually like vegetables too much. Potatoes, onions, garlic ok, all that other stuff? Hmm! I'm a grumpy vegetarian I guess, a picky eater. Spinach is okay in certain things and er...leeks too. Lotsa herbs and spices is my thing, chili, rosemary, cumin, turmeric, coriander, bengali/long peppers, bay leaves, salt, pepper.....yum. I'm getting hungry!

ETA It could just be me but Brussel Sprouts have a certain odour when cooking that is somewhat reminiscent of human feces. Plus they make you fart a lot by all accounts.
