To summarize:

It's far from over. The condition of the plant is not stable.

If another large e.q. hits, new piping which is not of seismic quality would be damaged and would be back to a meltdown within 48 hrs

Reactor #4's pool is out in the open, not in containment

Population of Fukushima radiation exposure very high according to international standards

Radiation exposure for Jaoan's citizens or atmosphere in the first weeks/month was not monitored

inhalation of the numerous hot particles will eventually cause many deaths

to clean up the waste material in Fukushima Perfecture alone would fill at least 33 stadiums the size of New Orleans Superdome

They are dumping the radioactive waste into Tokyo Bay and will be for many years to come.
