It's so easy to play devil's advocate on this subject. Because in a way, would that not be restricting members on just what they can say?
I agree it need's to be more than just a short reactionary statement like what you gave as an example; but if they include reasonable depth beyond
that kind of statement, surely that should be acceptable.
ATS is for conspiracy discussion so you must discuss conspiracies, page

There are already clear rules on responding to posts.
They must be w/in the ATS T&C which means no off topics, etc.
A response must be a response about the topic and the topic only.

They should not be one line non contributing posts such as the example you gave above.
