I was with her until she said no drinking beer from cans. Sorry but I'm OUT.

Ok so I will recap what she had to say.
1. We need to purify our soul. We should look at our lives every 5 years and realize the bad things we did to others. This way the darkness will go out of our hearts and light will come in. IMO...we should do this daily, and strive not to induce bad things upon anyone.
2. Never drink canned juice or beer. What she is actually trying to relay is to maintain a health diet. Stop eating the poison (processed foods). IMO...this is a good idea.
3. Exercise is necessary. IMO...she is right on with that one.
4. She remembers several thousand years and speaks many other languages that she doesn't remember learning.
5. People that don't believe in this spiritual enlighenment will be born again on another planet.

OK. 1, 2, and 3 are good advice. 4 and 5 are to far out there for me.
