To all of you who have written about mind reading and autism, I
present the following challenge.

Go where there are many people (such as a mall, and think, not speak,
the following: "if you can read my mind, scratch your head and stare
at me." You can change the 'scratch you head' and the 'stare at me'
part to something else. The idea is to be specific so that you know
that your mind has been read, and it is not a random occurence.

My mind has been read in various environments from malls to meeting
rooms. In some cases, 4 people in the same room have read my mind. The
results I have obtained from average looking people have been both
dramatic and frightening, in some cases. I believe this mind reading
is widespread.

If your results are anything like mine -- your results may vary
depending on how tenacious you are, I suggest you stay cool and do not
interact with these people, as I have no idea who or what I am dealing
with.

I would be interested in your experiences.

Why not 'come over and tell me that you are'? Why make it something that can happen coincidentally?

Maybe you should stop going to itchy malls and meetings?

ive tried doing something similar but it was during an event of some kind. it usually involved me staring at the back of someone's head to see if they would turn around.
but i never really tried the mind reading scenario

Hi,

If you do try it, don't give up. Do it wherever you go until you see results. Use your mind like I suggested in my initial posting.

And, please let me know your results.

I heard of something similar and gave it a try a couple of years ago. I don't think it is mind reading though I think other instincts are at work.It goes like this,if you are stopped at a stop light stare at the neck of the person in front of you, there were a couple of people in the car with me and we all stared. About 3/4 of the people reached around and rubbed or touched their neck they also looked around like they knew something was up but did'nt know what. I was a little freaked out but it was funny at the same time.

Hi,
Note there are people interested in giving this a try, and I am not referring to staring.
