But if Jesse instigated it and was becoming a threat, sometimes a first strike is warrented.
Regardless of whether he is 60 or not, he is a big man and I'm sure he can take care of himself. However, when you take two Vets who are at odds with each other in a fisticuffs brawl and one is thirty and one sixty...chances are that the thirty year old will come out on top.
