Well I have accepted a truce with the other guy. Thanks for completely misunderstanding me. In fact you completely missed my initial point that you cannot fix everything by legislating morality. But that is exactly what the socialist Nanny State is trying to do.
It's the same thing with all issues. The Nanny State wants to legislate what we eat, drink, smoke, and think, what we say, what we feel, what we read on the Internet, because presumably we cannot do any of these things for ourselves.

The Nanny State treats all as slaves, to be told what to do and how to think. Big Govt is getting bigger and bigger, causing more and more people to become dependent on the State.


But as always, liberals have their own idea on what's acceptable and what's not.

The Socialist Party stands for the abolition of every form of domination and exploitation, whether based on social class, gender, race/ethnicity, age, education, sexual orientation, or other characteristics.

But thats not the worst of it. There are added protections for women, children and minorities, but not men and especially not white men.

Just like the ADL who partnered with Youtube to "fight hate" on YT.According to them "hate speech" is defined as as speech that attacks "protected groups".

Guess which group is not on the list?

This law is just an extension of the one-sided anti-white legislation already in place.

Where does Intl Law come into this? You want an International Criminal Court in our State court system for crimes committed within the States that do not involve othere countries?

OP, did you read the last paragraph of your own source? It said that a comprehensive study found that a person of color was 3 times more likely to get the death penalty than whites; in North Carolina.

Did you read it? It doesn't say that at all.

It says that if you are a black defendant, you are three times more likely to get the death penalty if the victim was white.

Now, why do you think that is, if the defendant is given a trial before a jury of his peers? You think these first-degree murderers are being railroaded by all white juries or something?

If you've ever sat through a full criminal court case, you would know that a great deal of attention is paid to selecting a racially fair and balanced jury. There is no such thing as a black defendant being convicted and sentenced by an all white jury anymore, my friend. It doesn't happen.

As much as white apologists may hate to admit it, a black murderer REALLY CAN BE a despicable murderer and so deserves the death penalty.
