If information regarding the US movement of troops and equipment into Israel is true… and in this I in NO WAY mean disrespect to the person who started this thread; then to me the question becomes, is this part of a disinformation campaign, is this advanced saber rattling, is this a ruse or a tactic to say, “quick, look over there”, I see George Patton?

I would suggest the US has nothing to gain at this point in drawing her sword in anger, and at this point in time, no business.

However, America rattling her sword in the scabbard by employing diplomatic pressures and economic sanctions is more equitable, far more intelligent and by all means much more cost effective.


I see no reason for the US, although long a friend of Israel to intervene at this point unless:

1 – Iran is stupid enough to attack an American
asset.

2 – Iran attacks Israel, and then troops on the ground would be questionable.

3 – Iran is proven by highly responsible intel (don’t laugh) to be
in the process of constructing a successful nuclear weapon.
And then only if Israel does do the dirty job alone.

4 – Iran is proven by highly responsible intel (nah, nah, nah, no
laughing) to have secured and or constructed missiles capable of
striking on American soil.

5 - And last but not least, and this is my favorite, in the case others, i.e. Syria, Egypt, Jordon or some other country
becomes physically involved in an attack on Israeli soil.

Well, what a let down. The Doomslayers almost had us reaching for the toilet paper, so voiciferous were their assertions that WWIII or the lesser war with Iran was about to kick off.
