I am alone at home but I feel happy. I am drinking a Château Lafite Rothschild from 1982

I like wine but normally can not afford expensive ones.
I made a mistake in opening this one, I did not take a good look.
I looked up on the web the info for this wine, while I already opened it.
If I had know this before, I might have sold it.
I got this one from a friend, years ago, as thanks for a service I provided.
Of course I decanted this one two hours ago.

This bottle is divine, just divine.
Pity that you can't join me.

I was under the impression the first post was erased.
I was shocked to see what I will finish tonight, 6000 dollar.

Such a wine tastes even better when you didn't have to shell out $5000. You lucky, lucky b@$!@&d. Was given a 1982 Latour a few years back when an unwitting Vodka-only drinker regifted it............ to me. 82 is the year and Bordeaux is the place.Anything else is mere tomfoolery.

I like beer when it it is hot, which it is not often around here.
I prefer beer that has been brewn in accordance to the "Reinheitsgebot".
It essentially means, good water, not osmotic cleaned water, good ingredients.
