A lot of doctors are using e-mail type systems to send refill info to pharmacies for patients. It's possible that they have more than one on record for you and the Nurse who called in or e-mailed in to the wrong one. I used to use one pharmacy and then switched to another. The old one is still on my file and they always ask which one I want to use.
Call the pharmacy in question and ask if someone walked in requesting,or was it over the phone, or e-mailed. Maybe that can shed some light on where to start looking for the error.
I have had some trouble as of late getting my meds on time from a once reliable pharmacy. I blame it on the fact that they just have waaaayy too many customers and never check their mail or voicemails.

Yep. The pharmacy I posted about was Walgreens too.
I would not be surprised at all if it is an error. But I agree you should make sure it is not identity theft. That was the first thing that crossed my mine when it happened to me.
(Sidenote: Mine was for insulin. Walgreens must have it out for us autoimmune sufferers.)

I suggest also if you die with out this bowel pill???,, refill in ample time b4 you run outta a pills...and if possible have a big amount of these "bowel" pills when you refill????
This should be a "no asked questions" on refills...
There are helplines also and help at your clinic on this,,,ATS is great,,,but I myself would not go to a auto shop asking what to do with a broken leg????
I flush quick and dont want to know what the bowel pills do and its not my business either....
I suggust hands on,,face to face with a DR/RN than keyboard for advice here when it comes to your own personal health...
Ask for a 90 day supply and refill at 70,,,,

It sounds like someone is trying to get your meds. Good for you for calling them and telling them no one else can pick it up. Now, if someone is trying to steal your meds, they will have a BIG surpise in store when they go to pick it up I hope if that's the case, they catch them!
