when do you call someone Anti-American?

I believe you call someone anti-American when you recognize that they are doing traitorous deeds, endangering Americans by advocating or carrying out policies and actions that hurt innocent people at home or abroad, and/or furthering their own short term interests at the expense of humanity.
Yes, humanity. All of us.
Just because some middle eastern country may put you in a prison for having American ideals, doesn't mean it is anti-American to call out traitors, murders and liars at home.
