I am surprised at how CLOSE it is,vote wise,but not surprised with the outcome.

The Rank and File GOP will vote for Romney.Period.
I know plenty of Republicans that stated it,and were backing him,because its their belief he can take on Obama.

Rick Santorum is speaking a sentence, stopping, pausing, saying another sentence , then repeating the process. Why? Look at his left ear! There is an earpiece hanging out from which he is being fed what to say.

Proof? At one time someone yelled some comment out. He grabbed his non-earpiece ear, and leaned toward the speaker in the crowd and had him repeat it.

What does it mean? I'm not saying, I'm just saying.

Well...I think I'm going to bed because I'm pretty sure there will be a recount tomorrow.

99% reporting and 5 votes seperating Romney and Santorum...that is ridiculous.

5 vote difference with Santorum leading and yet Romney is the last to speak

Yeah the stage was set so second place gets to speak last.

That's one thing I like about Santorum as well. I would never vote for the guy because I disagree with almost everything he says, but I respect him the 2nd most out of all the GOP candidates.

In my opinion, he is one of the only ones that actually believes in what he says, and dosent run around and go with whatever the voters want to hear at the moment.

Romney is the only one who has a shot of beating Obama and i can bet their support is based on the fact the want Obama out of office doesn't really have anything to do with their views.

The same thing happened in 2008 anyone but Bush.

No they actually voted for Reagan in the general election, they didn't come under false pretenses to tamper with the GOP primary process only to crawl back to the Democrats for the main elections.

Or, they're genuinely attracted to his message after almost four years of impotence and backwards movement on civil liberties? Can't you think of a few good reasons Democrats would be disillusioned with Obama?

I dunno i am not pleased with the lack of choices hope that changes.

Actually a close vote just means recount and screams 2000 so in that respect not so much still haven't heard the end of that.

It kind of creeps me out that Romney can smile and talk at the same time.

with regards to one line posts in an election thread there is only so much one can say.

short sweet and to the point keeping it simple is my motto.

It is funny to me that Ron Paul's biggest attack angle has been that he wrote some racist newsletters.

I find him the least racist of all of them - most of the other candidates come across as haters to me...they hate gays or muslims or people in iran, or something.

Newt is out of his head - he is dangerous - tonight he was going on and on and on about how iranians are suicide bombers. WHAT? Like every person in Iran has been a suicide bomber or was he trying to say that ALL the suicide bombers have been from iran? OR WAS he just pulling association strings to tug at people's emotions?
He scares me. BAD.

Rick Santorum seems to hate gays. He scares me bad too.

So as a democrat, give me Paul or I'm not voting for your party - but I PROMISE I will vote for Paul should he go against Obama. Absolutely.

There is so many times a person can hear "mother of 5 and 23 foster kids".

Nancy Pelosi is still around for comic releif.

and the pundits will be out in full force tomorrow i am sure Palin will be speaking during the next week.
