So now if the people rise up against a tyrannical government they are stripped of their citizenship and therefore have no country. Me thinks the powers that be are getting nervous as they steal our rights. Store food and you are a terrorist.
Exercise your rights and you are a terrorist. Speak out about unjust treatment by said Government and you are a terrorist. Believe in the constitution and you are a terrorist.

And America is a battlefeild. Don't remember any tanks rolling down the street lately. Maybe I missed them.

Shouldn't we be seeing a theme here?

no not really, tanks would be the last resort, Big city's have them anyway LAPD and the like BATF has some as well, no need for a Abrams , we do not have RPG's floating around.

That's unlikely to have anything to do with Manning. It's about a bunch of ass wipes with nothing better to do. It was most likely taken from the Laws of Nations by Vidal which was the precusor to the Constitution. The only modern day example I can think of is when the US was trying to place a bunch of prisoners of war to other countries.

Most of the time, if you are a "natural" born citizen and commited treason you would be jailed and or executed.

Why do you think that many citizens are buying guns of all kinds now? There will be a civil war in this country. Many are going back to the same concept of the Declaration of Independence. There is a reason for a well armed malitia and that was to overthrow the government and take our freedom back.

What would you rather do? Die on your feet or live on your knees? There are more of us then there are of them.

Doesnt this happen in ... escape from L.A ???? they introduce new laws and american citizens are judged by the government ... the ones who dont fit the image get deported to LA which has been sourounded by rising sea levels after the big earthquake ? and LA is effectivly a prison for anyone and everyone the government doesnt want in America.
And then Snake Pliskin fooks their sheet up like a pro and switches the world off .... then growls at the camera.

I have more a problem with you and the tone of your thread than the bill.

If you are ignorant as to the function of implications of the bill, how can you have a rational reaction to it?

Instead you serve up something that seems like it was written by a frightened child.

The only thing I see that stands out is that it says anyone guilty of treason (found by a court) can lose citizenship. The implication is that the person can be deported. Where? You seem scared enough. Take a guess.

But, it's not said and done. If the person can prove that the judgement was wrong, then the decision is reversed.

To be honest, I haven't read any of the bill in question here, so for all I know, it's all hyped up garbage...
but, well, when bush was in office, all the liberals were "terrorists"......remember??
then well, obama's in office and now it's the people who want the constitution enforced, the vets, ect....

it's quite possible that if such a bill were passed, we would have very few citizens a decade from now, since even if you thought you were safe now, when the power turned in washington, well, you would be the new "terrorist"!!

and, I would about guarentee ya that most of the boomers would be considered "terrorists", since well....
they seem to have the rounding up or people and sending them off to work camps as part of the agenda to be followed when all else fails and their economy crumbles under their feet!! ya know, oh, they're terrorists, round them up!!! sieze their assetts, give their food and other resources to those that better fit into society.... when the economy is crap, it's far better to round up groups of people, and move them to someplace unseen, and make them very unhappy, so the rest can hold onto their good time economy, than it is to have everyone unhappy, since well, life gets kind of crappy for the powers that be when everyone is unhappy!!!

jews, japanese, gays, disabled, these were just the few of the ones that were found to not fit last time around...
are you willing to bet that you won't be one of the ones that were found to fit this time??

by the way, many of the jews were rather wealthy last time around, and it didn't save them. probably made them more of a target really....
I mean, you can't sieze many assetts from someone like me, I don't have much to take!!! no ira, no gold or silver to speak of, no swiss bank account, not much in our checking account even.....
and don't really expect to last long enough to draw social security, even if it is there!!!

Honestly, I think operation Wetback 3 is in the works. All the law's they would need to do such a thing are already in place. The liberal establishment(the part that thinks) got a big wake up call when Latino's in California came out against gay marriage. Aside from the devaluation of labor and the annoyance factor, every illegal is a prospective new conservative voter.

Now it is all a matter of picking a fight with Mexico, or heck pick a fight with Iran and link Iran and Mexico together and bam. Rest is history.

P.S, Most if not every single wealthy European Jew made it out. it was mostly poor and lower middle class European Jew's who where butchered.

Case in point:Soros. He came from an affluent Jewish family and his hiding spot: As a Nazi collaborator. He helped "collect" the property of Jewish Europeans sent to the death camps.

HOWEVER, I'm actually still furious over the NDAA and what I understand of it!

Seeing even MORE BS to decipher; in these bills just puts me on edge and makes me even

more weary of our gov't.

Lots to cover in your post so if you stick with me you might get a better understanding of the law as I am a student of law.

First you have nothing to worry about, second the title (taking away American Citizenship) would be the greatest thing to ever happen. Nuts right? Well until you learn the laws that govern us.

To start to understand law first thing you have to ask is who does a law apply too?
All statue laws apply only to U.S. citizens, that means such things as: permits ie permission for: drivers license, SS, food stamps, seat belts, speeding ext...

Under the 14th amendment the government usurped all rights and turned them into privileges, it usurped Nationalities of all States by making it first a voluntary system and second taking away your rightful State Nationality as in New Jerseyian, Floridian, Ohioian and so on and made all U.S citizens/Nationals of the United States.

Confused yet, its simple once you start to understand law/laws and how/who they work for and apply too.

Start your study in law at my threads on this very topic.

oh that is a good one civil war with guns, NOT!!!! they know who has them of what type , now that the USA is a battlefield the people can not have guns , they will come get them just like they did in Iraq, one by one door by door DHS BATF will have collection days where you turn them in your self. after that, it might be boots at the door.

I believe any citizen that commits a major crime such as rape, kidnapping,murder, treason etc should have their citizenship revoked.
