If this seems like a rant to you then may i suggest you make sure people stop nonsensical and pointless predictions. We live in a dynamic universe. You cant predict the future any more than you can alter the past by closing your eyes and wishing real real hard. You want to live in fantasy camp thats fine, just make sure your not disturbing the rest of the population. We are trying to save a planet here.

Well you're dead wrong about why, and when Rome, invented the Circus...
For one, they were around before Rome was founded. yeah, that's all I need to say.

People are driven by fear, irrational thinking, emotions..because PEOPLE ARE HUMAN.

This site..concentrates all those emotions in one single location.

We see human psychology and how humans and human minds work..RIGHT HERE.
On one side, this can be something good if not simply for the pure entertainment value after a long day... but it sometimes can be hard to take for anyone who is more a "rational" thinker. Overall, it's a good thing because i STILL go voluntarily on this site...it would be a different story if someone would force me to do it and to engage in each debate and forcing to argue with them and convince them why and where they are wrong

So yes, this year will get "crazy" in a literal sense..so try to enjoy it and don't let drive yourself crazy that people are crazy

The problem is a fundamental one.

For instance, I understand that quite a few users of this forum are "special" but just watching people delude themselves is hard when you factor in the bigger picture. The more people indulge in fantasy and avoid logic and reason the less likely we are of getting to the ACTUAL root of the problem. I know its not anyone persons responsibility to change the world or society in general but as i see it. we dont have much time to get our collective act together. We cant do that by indulging in fairy tales and fantasy.

Time is running out and instead of trying to solve the problem with logic and facts most people rely on "feelings" and "senses". Now dont get me wrong im not saying we as a race cant explore these aspects of humanity. I just dont think now is the time to do it. Lets try to prevent an ecological meltdown first then we can wax lyrical about other things.
