China unrest over mosque demolition in Ningxia, page

Reports from the Ningxia region of northern China say hundreds of Muslim villagers have fought with riot police who tore down a mosque.
Chinese officials confirmed a mosque was pulled down. They said there were injuries and some people were detained.

This seems wierd there is limited details etc and i know its china but could you imagine the trouble this would of caused if it was in the west and a mosque had been torn to the ground? cant seem to find anything else about it.

I know China have there own problems with religion and the like in there own country and details can be limited but there government stance seems right and nobody gets away with anything there! do you think they will get the same in return like they would if this had been done in a european country or the USA i.e by the muslims in the said country?

Could not find a Ningxia region in northern China.
But there was an incident awhile back, it may be related, it may not.
You decide, it does seem that "certain muslims" are wreaking havoc all over the world,
not just China.

Some people seem to think you can't get away with anything in China.
I don't know, maybe you can't.
