Can we bane people who make exagurated thread titles?

Hi, youve all seen it before i dont need to bring up the threads

`mothership over peru`

pryamid ufo heading for earth`

`massive earthquake excpected on x date because youtuber said so..

etc, all what happens is the threads get about 50 flags and 20 pages of dribble untill the next thread comes around.

I know people have made threads complaining about things like it before, but nothing is done.
So maybe if we get rid of the posters who knowingly make exagurated thread titles etc, that would stop it!

Isn't that the whole idea of this site? So anyone from anywhere can contribute ideas and events that wont really be discussed or hot topic somewhere else. Maybe there is a reason that these so called outlandish threads have 50 stars and flags...and yours don't.
