Does anyone know if you can make or have a Animated(moving) Avatar on FaceBook?

I was just wondering because I see people with them on here and I always wanted one but never knew how to make one or install it.....
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out with this!!!!
I have no clue how to make one or install it on my avatar...
I have tried in the past but it always just reject it....

not that i know of

Facebook automatically converts them to 3 different sized jpegs, a small, medium and large.

No matter what format you upload, png, gif etc Facebook will convert it, so you cant have an animated profile pic.

You can't .. you can't even post animated gifs in your timeline unfortunately .. ( or fortunately .. that would get annoying )
