This video is a good source of information to quickly review the facts of the Mayan Calendar and Prophecy from the Bible. The relation to current events is unmistakable. Is our time short? If your heart and soul are with God in faith, the end could come tomorrow with nothing but a promised transition to new life as the result. Love comes from a hope for a better tomorrow. The assurance of our Hope can only come from Faith. Only one source reveals this truth. Consider the simple verse below as you evaluate your life in the coming year of 2012. Try God for one year and see if your life is not totally transformed. This is the one thing that God can be tested on.

Matthew 6:33

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

All things?...not entirely true...it is we, that shall be tested...2012...not the end of the world...

It will be, the end of an age...The absolute resolve of Man to survive, is what we will be faced with, in the coming year, and we will be forced to make hard choices of what we believe in.

Mayan...Bible...Koran...Hopi...take your pick...or just read the headlines, and you will see the truth, in this coming trial...the world is perched on a preface of war, as such the world has never seen.

We will survive...for it is written, But the world will look much different in the following year. 2012 is only the beginnings of sorrow that will engulf the world for the next 7 years.

There will be a Peace pact set forth this year, out of necessity for the survival of the middle east, that will involve Persia, and Israel and Palestine.

2012 the year Tribulation begins...set your clocks.

And, may the peace in your hearts set you free, and look up for your redemption is near.

By 'these things", Jesus is referring to basic needs. You are correct that the world will be a much different place. Psalms 112-118 represent 2012-2018. They are the instructions for us to follow. 2011 was an awakening (Psalm 111) and 112 is a call to service and giving. 113 still starts with "Praise the Lord," but after 113, there is trouble. 114 is dark and 115 is a false image and government. 118 finally ends the 7 years with the gates of heaven being opened.

If you're going to treat the Psalms in this way, why not carry the process through to completion?
There are 150 psalms. So surely you should not expect the end to come before 2050?

To me, it seems like the rest of the psalms are merely praises.
