Yum, I'm getting hungry.
Take some canned artichoke hearts and blend in a food processor with mayo, balsamic vinegar, a little garlic and blue cheese crumbles, salt and pepper
Spead a thick coat onto any rustic bread and add rare roast beef, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
To die for!
I also love a good and gooey tuna sandwich, but I have to put a layer of potato chips inside or it isn't the same!
