Biological warfare. Worthy of being WWIII?

Judging by the way some places are going with the war and things this may not happen for a while howevrr once third world countrys stop being third worlds we may have a problem on our hands .
World war III, May not happen for a very very long time. As we are constantly advancing in our knowledge of science new viruses and cures are being created. As with many things theese could end up in the wrong hands...

In the future we may be facing biological weapons, It has been a threat for a long time, but could this possibly be WWIII?
