Those "slanted eyes" are a part of the hair. Far away, yeah, it does look alien like,but zoomed in you can clearly see it is a child...Well, I can, anyway.

Zoomed out, even I was impressed for a moment.

it's under an ISO process, and I'd seriously doubt it..

especially when computer can detect the slightest mistake vs the human eye..

Sorry, but i don't see a grey here. I can clearly see the child's face (it looks down). It's just your mind and wishful thinking. I admit, it's a large head though.

From the OP's first pic it looked very odd but after seeing the clean version of the coin it is very clear that it is a child.

I can see what the posters talking about. But. The kid on the coin clearly has hair. coin image = kid > Alien.
