"Online volunteers could be set task of spotting alien technology, evidence of mining and rubbish heaps in moon images". Why Not even MARS? I take this statement very seriously, so I Join to the call.
Scouring the Mars surface for Ancient Alien Civilization I stumble on this image: "Long Shadows in Ariadnes Colles" image PSP_009161_1450. A very, very interesting Area for NASA Researchers. Many anomalies, in a so restricted area only when you rotate the image on South-East...

A humanoid figure on a strange circular pedestal.

Sorry man, but i don't see much in the images.

I guess different people will see different things.

What i see is a big X, like the old xbox consoles.

Looks like normal formations. If you look behind the spot that you have marked, one could see another smaller figure. There are figures everywhere. Its definitely not green goblin.

Also the dimensions don't match up.

So are you saying that there is a 300 meter tall alien laying down on the surface of Mars?

Although interesting this looks like an action figure on a base photo shopped into a moon surface picture, i may be wrong but thats my opinion .Good luck "searching"

This is not the Moon.
This is Mars.

This is not a photoshop image, this is a real strange anomaly on the surface.

Before this statement, check directly.

What do you mean? A photoshop image for what?

How do you come up with your scale? The non blown up image is taken from 294 meters.
And anyway, even if he is 15 meters tall, what's he doing laying down on the barren surface?

Well somebody has photoshopped a yellow blob onto a natural formation on Mars to highlight it, which makes it look like some sort of funky instrument (musical).

(BTW, it's "greetings" not "greatings")

Why does it need a pedestal if it's lying on the ground?

This is a very meaningful question!

Why don't you ask him directly?

I got a better idea...
Why don't YOU ask him directly, instead of wasting a post on what it obviously a rock formation on Mars?
So you REALLY think that's an alien? On a pedestal no less.

Come on man, think about it. Look what became of the face on Mars. And besides, you using images from google earth, do you think they would let an alien slip by without covering it up. If that was an alien, we would most likely be looking at a blocky photoshop coverup pic.

This is only your personal opinion.

Yes. An humanoid figure on a pedestal or some strange circular device.

You are right on this.
The people that blur the images are humans after all, and sometime, something, slip out.

Ok Arken, I don't mean to offend and I won't argue any longer.
You see a 15 foot alien, and I see just rocks.

Until NASA and/or the government come clean I guess no one will truly know.

This is a very meaningful question!

Yes, it is. If it is a statue 15 meters tall, what knocked it over? It must weigh tons. What kind of force could do that? Why wasn't it shattered? It should be broken into pieces. Of course, if it was carved lying down, why the pedestal?

Let us assume for a moment that your "observation" is correct, and that there is a 15 meter long statue lying on its side on Ariadne Colles. Statues are usually built in a population center. Sometimes they are housed in a temple. Do you see the foundations of a temple? Please indicate where. Sometimes they are placed in a public square. Do you see signs of streets and buildings? Again, where? Perhaps it was a place of pilgrimage. Where are the roads leading to it? Where are the cities these roads run from?

The fundamental flaw in your methodology is that it relies entirely on ignoring context. At least Perceval Lowell was able to envision a societal context for the things he thought he saw; you meet serious questions with dismissive sarcasm.

Incidentally, best wishes for the New Year.
