From the research I have been doing, nicotine is not that addictive at all. It is really all the brainwashing that makes it harder to quit. Nicotine enters the blood fast, and also leaves fast.

Ah, yeah, no doubt there are some useless e cigs about. All I can say is that when you get a good one, its just like smoking a real cigarette.
I agree about getting the juice on your skin too. ;-)
