Make sure you have a pic ready for upload (i.e., on your desktop)
Assuming you’re already logged in:
On the ATS Menubar at the top, select TOOLS > ATS uploads
Click the SELECT IMAGE FILE button on the left side of the page…
Navigate to the image you wish to upload as your avatar and either double-click or select > Open
Once the file has uploaded, select the image, then click on Avatar
Once the page refreshes to your account info page, scroll down to where it says Your Avatar
Click on the Submit button – then you’re in business!
