The Fisherman[D&R]

In a small town near the coast lived a fisherman.He and his is wife had a peaceful life,every day out with boat which fished offshore till late at night to earn family everyday living.The only thing that upset him was that they had no children.That's why they decided one a day to go to the doctor to do a treatment.Well, doctor prescribed a treatment and his wife got pregnant after one month.After three months in a routine check at the hospital they found the bad news.She had conjoined twins.The doctor explained that the pregnancy should be monitored so the fisherman's wife must remain hospitalized.

The poor fisherman could not sleep the night of care, did not know what to do so much they wanted these children.
There was a month and had to be fulfilled when the doctors have decided to bring children into the world by surgery.
Operation lasted almost 3 hours but the worst for the 2 conjoined beautiful girls pass.The two saw the light of the world, for the first time ,even if the pain was greater for parents.They share their liver, biliary tract and upper digestive tract.

The doctors decided that in the next hours they have to do another operation in order to survive.But there was a big painful problem.Only one will survive.They've told the parents that a decision has to be taken in order to save a life.With tears in their eyes they agree,for the last time they kiss the little one that will not survive.

Hard decision, tears streaming down their cheeks, they knew that one had to die to save the life of the other.
The surgery lasted 6 hours but in the end one of them survived.

She will never know that her twin sister give her life in order to save her's.

One die for the rebirth of the other.
