I think we need to rebuild the insane asylums Reagan shut down. People who are criminally insane don't really belong in jail, but nor can they be
trusted in society. Especially people who commit murder and use an insanity defense. Those people should be sent first to a mental hospital, then if
they ever "recover", live out their lives in a kind of minimum security community type deal.
