My house has 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms,1 kitchen,1breakfast room,
1 living room,1family room,1laundry room,1kids'(cats)play room,a
26'x32' finished basement where I have my office,craft room,pantry
and furnace room.It's almost 2200 square feet not including a 2 car
garage.Getting too big for Mama to take care of...
On topic...
There are times that I tell myself I need to get more work done at home.
But,ATS keeps calling my name and drawing me over to my computer
and keyboard.I always find someone here who needs to be corrected
about something all the time

OK......but don't forget to spend quality time with the kitties.
(you should see the Manx I have, he is one of the most vocal cats I have ever seen in my life...as long as I keep talking to him, he will keep responding....and even varies the volume/pitch/tone of his voice based on what I say)

I identify with your plight.

A month or so ago I posted a thread titled "Barack Obama: Shape Shifting Reptilian Overlord or Pure Human?" I thought the article was hilarious, so I wanted to share it with others.

I was surprised to find that many of the members took the subject very seriously. I edited my OP to add the comment that it was a satire and I believe I added a smiley face, as you are doing, but still many people took it at face value. I began to believe that maybe the author WAS being serious.

I think many of our members try hard to make their responses thoughtful and insightful. This helps to keep the conversations on ATS at a high level. Yes, there are trolls and some posts that are written when the author is drunk or high. Nevertheless, ATS is one of the best sites on the internet.

A sense of humor would be a bonus.
