I stumbled onto this site today while meandering around the interwebz and immediately thought of ATS. When I went to the link, it didn't have 'relax it's a joke' in the title, so I was expecting that someone had fabricated some dirt. I had a pretty good chuckle when I realized the page was joking (Which took a little longer than it should have). I didn't know that Dr. Paul offered free healthcare to African American women when he was practicing.
