Explosives and weapons have been found in a cinema in Saint Petersburg Russia. This comes after the horrific hostage crisis in Russia where many
people were killed. 200 grams of TNT, one kilogram of plastic explosives, and two home-made bombs were discovered in the Progress movie theater.

RUSSIAN police have discovered a cache of explosives and home-made bombs hidden in a cinema in the country's second city, Saint Petersburg.
One kilogram of plastic explosives, 200 grams of TNT and two home-made bombs were found in Saint Petersburg's Progress cinema, which had been
undergoing reconstruction work over the past six months, police said.
A criminal investigation had been launched.

The explosives were found in the cinema which has been undergoing recontruction for several months. According to washingtontimes.com three men from
Kazakhstan were arrested and four Kalashnikov assault rifles were confiscated before the explosives were found in the cinema. It's not reported yet
whether there is a link between the arrests and the discovery of the explosives.
At this stage, Russian authorities are indicating Russian criminal links.
I find that hard to believe. More likely planting devices for a future siege.
