Why does noone help these people??

these kind of actions i believe to be a reason for war.. There are countries out there where the government is allowing the torture and death of their civilians and noone cares... there are now hundreds of these videos all over the internet.. lease let me know what you think

Well gosh - maybe because it is that everyone got told off for helping the Libyans, and the Iraqi's, and "the West" isn't supposed to be interfering in anyone at all any more (even though it still l does of course), and Russia cant' be bothered helping "the people" because they are busy propping up the regime, and the Arab League is making platitudes and sending observers because they aren't really interested in fighting among themselves, and Iraq is busy disintegrating already because they ARE interested in fighting among themselves, and the Turks can't unless someone else comes along with them, and Israel doesn't care.

Because the only country able to project serious power in that region is the US.

And if we tried to help everyone would call us evil, condemn our actions, call us war criminals, and AQ would start recruiting higher numbers because of it.

And that's just in the US.

If you want to, go right ahead, but if you're talking about military action, please, shut up.

The US needs to stop "helping" people. If we step in to "help" the Syrians, their civilian death toll will multiply daily. We don't do any help at all. Look at Iraq: we "helped" them destroy the entire country along with its history.

I'm down for grassroots humanitarianism but our government just needs to fall back. They don't even help us..

Oh dear. Told off? For helping? You mean NATO? For instigating a war against a country that was not a member of NATO and had not attacked a member of NATO? That's some strange leap of logic right there. There's even talk of his murder (Gadaffi) being a war crime now. Go figure!

Power? The power of numbers for now maybe, but wait till your money runs out. Oh wait, you'll need to invade somewhere else, suck their resources dry and give lots of defence contracts to corrupt companies. Please tell me who died and made the US military machine God on this planet. The peace you bring is a joke.
