If I owned a newsletter that was fully operational and had a medical practice to build and maintain, I wouldn't read the newsletters either. Depending on your time management, you could read some but you can't read them all, unless you're that egotistical that you're reading every single one of the newsletters printed with your name on it.

We all must face the fact Dr. Paul will not win the nomination. He will run on a 3rd party ticket and it will split the vote. No doubt! You can either blame Dr. Paul or cheer him for 4 more years. It all depends on which side you are on. We will all get to see which side Dr. Paul is on as well.

I appreciate you posting links to parts of the newsletters. I did find a couple of articles with racy undertones, but nothing I would say that definitely, beyond a doubt racist. The letters containing these undertones didn't strike me as coming directly from him. I know for a fact he did not write a lot of those articles, unfortunately there were not whole newsletters, so I wonder if there was a authors credited to the newsletter. Its definitely something to chew on. Overall, as I said, was there some stereotyping? Yes. Did read some sort of literature that I would consider racist? Ignorant, yes. Racist, no. Personally, I do not find much of any of this to be a big deal honestly. Romney is part of a discriminatory religion towards blacks, Bachman and Santorum pretty much hate anything Muslim and middle eastern, Perry has Camp NIggerhead, Cain and Newt are definitely sexist. I don't see threads burning them at the cross. I will chalk this up to a "con" I guess for Ron Paul. He's still getting my vote because his pros outweigh the cons substantially.


BTW, could anyone prove that they are not racist? If I was to accuse anyone in the world, I am sure I can find something they might have said that is a bit off-color and run with it. Obama was a supposed racist, Bush 1 and 2 were racist apparently. I am sure I can dig up stories about most of the Presidents. Its the ultimate "plan B" for smearing anyone.

BTW, everyone should take themselves out of the box for a moment and just remember, nobody is perfect. Yeah, maybe he should have paid more attention to what he is putting his name on.

Just remember next time you sign your name onto something and get screwed over after the fact. Using the argument that he shouldn't be President because he was too ignorant to fully read his newsletter is equal to the argument that people who have had their homes foreclosed upon completely had it coming and deserved everything that happened to them. Happened all of the time with contracts, leases, and etc. etc.

If he is elected President and he comes out in white sheets screaming white power, then I guess I am wrong. Otherwise, there is nothing to prove that he is a racist and his actions, while may not absolutely prove that he is not racist, they go a long way to make me believe he is not.

Hey, I am a HUGE Ron Paul supporter and am very concerned and curious about these allegations. Can anyone provide a link to the actual unabridged material that is generating these claims? All I can seem to find is edited clips and editorial commentary with vague references.

We all need to review this body of evidence, in it's actual form, and draw our own conclusions.
