seriously?
....
SERIOUSLY?!?
We really doin this AGAIN?
smh

Believe what you want, but don't use your misguided views as motivation to spread disinformation/misinformation.

Funny how it is a different tune when it is regarding a birth certificate or secret socialism.

This is people's bad Karma, effecting Ron Paul.

As a black woman, and as someone who is seriously investigating Ron Paul to support in the upcoming election; I would not like to address the newletters per se' , but rather, the reactions detailed here.

The fact that so many people actually think, as evident by their responses,
" so what if he is a racist",
" that was 20 years ago, EVERYONE was racist"

and my personal favorite:
" I'd still rather have a racist in office that would actually cause change for the good of this nation,"

So, someone who MAY have been racist 20 years ago has completely reformed and can now work towards the betterment of the collective nation ...for change....

HA!

You see. This is the mind set that messes sh*t up for people.

Black people could have gotten behind the tea party; had they not allowed the klansmen , rebel flag wearers, and people talking about "our country" in the ranks.

If you want to talk about how great he is , it may not be wise to start with:
"so, what if he is racist...."

and instead debate the issue's at hand.

just a thought...

YES HE COULD!!

People change!!

Judge people by there actions
NOW!!!!

Shame on the people who can't forgive...

I personally don't agree with all of Ron Paul's stances....but I think he is a good person....whom others... during all of his political career...have been plotting to discredit him...in other words....(they have set him up) to look bad.

He very well could , of course,

but addressing that "everyone was racist 20 years ago" and not "maybe he was, but has changed"

is not a credible arguement, or a least, does nothing for the people he may or may not have been racist towards.

I cant believe the spin, ron paul answered many of the questions and was even laughing heatily as he answered, and he didnt walk out, he allowed someone to help him remove his mike and even thanked the reporter at the end. And people are saying he walked out of the interview? The media once again spins out of control.

I am very very confused.
Something that has bothered me is the OBVIOUS racism that is mormonism.
I am a former mormon, raised in it.
How come everyone gave Romney a pass on this?
How come nobody asked him if Hemann Cain carried the mark of Cain?
Seriously, how did the media avoid that obvious jab?
That is the most simple question ever addressing his religious views and the racist church he is engaged in.

Does Hermann Cain have the mark of the beast?
Or is he now becoming more white as he becomes less cain-like.

No, Dr. Paul is set up by a third party episode that was explained in detail a million times as a result of 1 or 2 people that used his name in a quiet time when Dr. Paul was out of political life and engaging in a private practice that occupied his time.

But a religion you adhere to and practice, well, how is this being avoided?
Does Hermann Cain have the "mark of Cain" Mr. Romney?

Now that to me is how you attack a racist is it not?

Im proud of the way dr. Paul has stayed true to character and did not get angry or violent but answered the questions in the same light hearted manner he always does. He did not storm out of the interview, more like made it apparent he was through with it. This man is a gentleman on all occasions, the media should be ashamed to insinuate he is racist.

To bad he lent his name to a news letter that had racist articles in it, wouldn't you think he would want to avoid something like that?

Surely he knew what was being written.

His wife, other family members and some of his closest associates ran the Newsletter, it was not some backwoods publication that he allowed his name to be stuck on.

They made over a million dollars a year in profits from the Newsletters, it was run like a family business.

For you to believe he had no idea what the content of the Newsletters were,
1) Would require you to believe that Paul has such poor judgement of character as to mary a wife who tells him nothing so as to smear his name and
2) Paul's family members had such contempt for him that they never informed him of the hurtful content.
3) You would have to also believe that he handpicked his most distrusted enemies to be his closest associates who worked on his Newsletter as they never informed him of the content either.

So there you have it, for you to defend the man on this issue you would have to admit to one of the most horrendous examples of human judgement in history, and this man would be handpicking losers like this to be on his cabinet to ensure his failure.

Oh wait, you faithful devoted followers will never admit to your God's fatal flaws, but the rest of the country will.

I wasn't defending him actually, I was questioning how his name could be attached to a news letter yet he claims to know nothing about the contents.

I don't believe there is a post on the forum where I support Paul.

Glad to know I am not the only one who sees though the lies. No question Paul knew what was in his newsletters. Let’s not forget that Ron Paul is listed as the editor.
Thanks for a great post.

Another redundant thread, by an ignorant sheep who doesn't even bother to do any research and garner any facts before throwing mis-information out there.

How many times will stupid people kick around a dog which has been picked over time and time again and goes no where because there is nothing there except for those dumb enough to not know any better.

Do some research, get the facts, listen to all the stories that have come out about this for years and years now, including the individuals who actually wrote the newsletters, and you'll find you have nothing!

Tell me, Einstein... what is Ron Paul's position on the civil liberties of minorities in America?

He said he didnt read them, so he MUST have read them lol. He stayed up all night in his bed reading them right? While he wasnt studying to be a doctor? lol

So lets see, a man in medical school says he doesnt have time to read annonymous newsletters and you assume hes lying because ? med school students have so much spare time?

Hi all,

House and Senate Republicans over the wire sound like they are just looking for any way on the Moon to derail this guy.

The very last thing 70% of leading Republicans want is for Ron Paul's "shutdown of big government and overspending by broad cuts message" to take hold, and gain traction with young Voters.

I have never heard, nor read anything to substantiate these claims.

Ron Paul is as much as a racist as Barack Obama which is to say remember the Birth Certificate fiasco?

Pointless nonsense by a Media standard that is busted beyond repair.

Hm, I think Paul may well have referenced them not knowing what was in them

Honestly, that might be worse than being a racist. At least read what you are referencing...yesh.

Having looked further into the matter, it is just stupid to think this guy is racist.

While damaging, it looks like it will not even matter.

I mean look at this Video.

Game over.
