Why is the total for weapons buyers equal 97.8 billion and the total for sellers is 21.2 billion? Thats a huge gap I know some countries have been left out of arms sales but no where near enough to make up for the gap.

Who produced the 76.6 billion to make up for the gap in production to sales in weapons?

Oh nevermind thats sales for just 2003 I thought it was through 1996 like the buyers list

I am afraid the U.S. will pay a hugely unfavorable price for all it's advanced weapon sales.
