By infringing on the rights of others don't sound like any "soldier" i know and now the personal attack after personal attack OVER OWS.

For those of you who do not support OWS: I applaud you, you are one step ahead of everyone else - not being involved in OWS is the first step toward enlightenment and freedom from the machine. Keep doing what you're doing.

For those of you involved in OWS: Quit, now. You aren't accomplishing anything. We don't need your phrases, signs, trash, poop, and whatever else in our cities.

Do we have everyone in the same boat now? Good. OWS is about half right when they tell you "at least they are doing something." The only thing they are doing right is recognizing things aren't right around them, but the way they are going about it is all wrong. I usually bash OWS any chance I get then I always get the response "what are you doing to help? nothing" (which is funny because it's them half-way admitting that their own cause is pointless.)

Well for everyone who has ever asked me this question:

Step one: Do nothing. That's right. Put down your stupid signs, stop screaming like a bunch of idiots and simply do nothing. Stop buying the latest corporate products, support your local establishment, turn your Mac off, delete your Facebook. Can't you all see that we are at the fingertips of the Elite whether we are OWS or anti-OWS? Go to your local deli, local food market, trust me the price you pay will be the same and the food will taste better. Put your money into a local banking establishment.

Step two: Realize who the enemy is. Do you people ever wonder how these people ever became so rich and powerful? Not by corruption, not through unfair legislation, not through shady affairs, but through us. The anti-OWS people point their fingers at the hippies and hand-out lovers, and the OWS people point their fingers at the big corporations. We all need to realize that neither are the enemy - our enemy is OURSELVES. We created these gigantic conglomerates, with our own money we built them from the ground up. We bought their products every year, we put our money into their banks, we did everything they ever told us to - then said please sir may I have some more? I'm looking at you OWSers updating your Twitters and Facebooks, I'm looking at you anti-OWSers buying up just as many gadgets as the OWSers.

Step three: Watch the system crumble. If we all banded together and stopped feeding the machine - then we will see change overnight. There is no law that will be passed that will change anything, there is no CEO that will ever change his mind about what he has done. We need to turn our NEEDS back into WANTS, and our NECESSITIES back into LUXURIES. Tea Partiers, OWSers, they're all the same. We all want the corruption and control to end, maybe that will happen once we stop allowing ourselves to be controlled.

what about the illegal foreclosure of homes in the states?
are you against that?

what about criminals not being prosicuted for fraud because they are wealthy and politically conected?
what about the rule of law?

They have here. 5 weeks they sat in the parks, created close to 100k in damage, restoration costs that the TAX payers have to fork over to restore the park and the infrastructure, not to mention the countless hours of OT for the cops and emergency personnel, for what? I wouldn't say it rises to the level of treason, at least not in the clinical, legal definition of such, but OWS is most definitely NOT standing in the gap for the People - it's working against them, if it's working at all.

It stands AGAINST the Constitution. It stands for granting the federal government powers not enumerated therein, and so is anti-constitutional.

It is a violation of the Oath to serve OWS.

That MAY rise to the level of treason.

For someone who took that Oath, that is.

Wrong, we accomplished several things. We raised awareness hence opening the door to more people becoming pro active. You are right to a certain extent however irrevocably wrong when you say corruption is not the problem. Our elected officials were given a loaded gun and expected to take responsibility. In ignoring corruption and failing to police it we invite more corruption to run rampant. If we take the blame then we allow the delinquent child to run all over us, go through our wallet and car keys and crash the car in to a tree or drive off a bridge. So maybe we have been giving said child father to son talk with OWS but warning the child of the consequences for we the adult will eventually get the belt.

OWS is us warning the ptb to cease and desist or else punishment is due.

Or the guy that could afford it with a decent wage at a job he worked at for years. Then his job was outsourced to china "did not see it coming" and spent almost 2 years finding a job that matched his wage but it was too late. Even had most of his house paid off all gone down the tubes and had to start over.
