Goldman Sucks-CHARGES: Financial terrorism with an enhancement penalty for subverting sound monetary laws on sovereign territory, count 2: monetizing loss and ensuring ill gotten gains for yourself. Extortion and racketeering charges, bribery. Recruiting civil servants of the highest echelons of American government with malicious motives bestowing them with money, power and prestige in exchange for clout and an open door policy to change the laws to suit your agendas.

Federal Reserve-CHARGES: Financial terrorism with an enhancement penalty of death and a declaration of war to the central hub for which it is an extension of. Operating on false pretenses on behalf of the American government to aid and abet chaos and destruction while usurping the Treasury rendering it useless as a fair and discriminatory agency against corporate powers such as the IMF and world bank. This penalty shall extend to the board of supervisors and the active chairman (Bernanke) including every living past chairman, especially greenspan.

Congress-CHARGES: Domestic terrorism- For engaging in the illusionary role of active participation while the American constituents suffer innumerable losses. A thorough, absolute reconciliation of individual conduct and proficiency judged by the citizenry of the politician's respected territory, paid for by the politician under scrutiny, with maximum penalties assessed to include life imprisonment with hard labor. Upon findings, related to crimes of a grievous nature in collaboration with entities also charged on this rap sheet, we the people pray that death to these traitors is the only acceptable outcome.

Phony Presidents-CHARGES: CHIEF TERRORIST, Operating as Executive officer to the financial terrorists, war dept., military industrial complex, Israel, NATO and the IMF. Taking orders from international banking cartels, derilection of duty while sitting in the highest tier of American government. Usurping congress, malicious abuse of presidential powers, overriding congress in matters pertaining to our precious constitution. Outright defying the constitution and turning America into a spy for profit, surveillance society devoid of the happiness once pursued by men greater than you. Utter destruction AND harmful interpretation of the Bill of Rights. Knowingly accepting the position of POTUS not of votes, but of appointment. The list of charged crimes could go on forever. Until we can figure out a way to enforce our authority (as the people) we will just continue to spin our wheels. What we need is a plan. That is the hard part as the masses cannot even agree that we are getting it up the back-side despite the fact that we clearly are.

I totally agree but those in power have already enacted their defenses, such as the recent detention bill. If we go after these criminals I wouldnt be surprised if we are labeled terrorists and locked away forever

If I'm honest, I have been wondering about this lately... If it could even be possible to turn the law around on the creators of them, to charge them with domestic terrorism and the like, seeing as in a way they really are guilty of it one could argue. The war on terror has been against us, not some phantom "axis of evil" abroad as Bush sold it to us during his years in office.

But how? What to do, call the FBI and say "Hi, yes I'd like to report terrorist activity within the US." And then you go on to describe how it's the congress or whatever, what would happen then? Could someone be taken seriously when making this allegation? Or would this just land one in indefinite detention never to be seen again?

I agree, and I think they left the door open intentionally so that anyone that poses a threat is labeled a terrorist and gets a free visit to club gitmo

Those cockroaches feel the heat, then pass these laws WITHOUT a peep. They know something is brewing and are scared. If I know my government M.O. well, this bill is rife with interpretations and definitions as to what composes a terrorist. Sheer numbers and pissed aggression can never be squashed. Look at what our original backwoods founding fathers did with that recipe! They defeated the world's most feared/armed military-ENGLAND. If you have fear and are intimidated, you need to step aside son...(as I roll up my sleeves) there's some fightin' to be done and won.

NO!!! They'll know exactly what the masses are doing in front of every government facility. The time for reasoning is over. Haven't any of you learned that the correspondence to this corrupt behemoth is strictly one way?!?! Haven't you all gotten sick of the maltreatment so passively and underhandedly dished out?!?! Where's you're freakin balls man! When they want your money they show up at your front door, gun in hand, when they owe you money you have to wait 4-6 months, sometimes years, with no interest attached. When you commit a victimless crime, it stays on your record indefinitely, I don't care what you've been told. Ever had to fill out a questionnaire where it demands you disclose EVERYTHING in your criminal history??? i.e. "have your EVER been convicted of __________?(fill in the blank). there are laws on the books that does just this, but you have be on the Senate floor and know the rules of the senate to be heard[ no you do not be a Senator or a House member] and it does take two to do it.
One to make the clam's the second to second it.

First know the charges to bring, second name the ones being charged, present copy's to all in House and senate, and all three branches, must have a copy as well.
Not an easy task, by time it is ready to go there are usually voted out, die in office, or make some kind of flip flop making the charges null and void.
The "P" act and SUB SEC D HR1540, aka NDAA 2012 is it really in the best interest of the USA and it's citizens?
Does the TSA DHS operate
outside the best interest of USA citizens, and with best interest of the USA?.
Does it violate the US Constitution?
If so how.
By what section "USC" and what amendment do they violate.
Dose it effect all or just one group , this is the rub, it effects just one group but all can be listed, so is it worth while to pursue? This i can not tell you, but the right and the laws are there.

The formalities... we ALL should be fed up with these. We are not lawyers. We are people, born and bred from generations that were in a hurry to make USA great. Now our common sense is classified as terrorism.

One of these days you all might wake up and learn the truth as it applies to law, been teaching this for many years now but everyone has been brainwashed and do NOT want to hear the truth.

Law is the key out of this mess but until people start to study and understand the FACTS all the rest is nothing more than a rant. Look up my threads on the law for the education we have all been denied, then maybe we might just get somewhere.

Lesson one is law language differs from common speak, we say words like WE THE PEOPLE, common speak has everyone brainwashed to think it means you and I.

The Law on the contract, the Constitution is a contract and every word has a very specific meaning according to the law. In law language we the people are in fact the popular leaders ie electors of the population. And NOT you and I. In law the contract must stand above all so question did you sign the Constitution is your name on that contract? I think NOT. So how does it apply to you and I, the 14th amendment took care of that for us and we by our actions or silence VOLUNTEER to be subject to the contract and its laws passed by the rulers. Such as voting which is the biggest crime you can commit, drivers license, registrations, just to mention a few.

All statue laws are considered private laws with fines attached to tickets, private laws because they only apply to United States Citizens/Nationals of and not everyone.
The Common Law applies to all ie public law and total freedom but you need status to be heard in a common law court. Citizens no longer have status and thus are subject to fines and penalties of any and all scams your government decides to place upon you.

PAC has been using the only lawful process/remedy to lawfully remove yourself from the Federal control placing one back into the Republican form of governance where only the Common law applies. 35 years of lawful process with not one single ticket or arrest from the defacto, total peace and total freedom from the madness the choice is yours, rant and do nothing or correct your status and be free.

That is a pipe dream. There is no getting around admin per se. It is attached to every statute, law, penal code, vehicle code, and whatever other rule is out there. They got the bases covered. If you can provide links to your "freeman" process, I'd be happy to gloss over them. I'm absolutely certain you'd need to hold credentials to differentiate yourself from the herd. Good luck on finding the government agency responsible for issuing those.

Grats on starting the process I have several threads with tons of links to the law, I hope you have done this through PAC all others would be very leery about.

First let me say this is not a freeman, strawman, capital C citizen or any other BS scam, it is the lawful process passed by Congress prior the passing of the 14th to make it lawful to do what they are doing, remember Hitler broke no laws.

Look up my threads to further your research, this is the ONLY lawful way recognized by all, from the President of the United States, to the local patrol officer on the street, like I said PAC has been correcting status publicly for 12 years and the society has members that have had their status for over 35 years with no issues what so ever.

Oh and yes you do need your documentation and they are signed by the government for proof of status since the process requires you to ask for status they are the ones to approve, you also receive your State National ID card this card acts as your proof of status, with full rights to travel including out of the United States, carry a weapon and no longer report to the IRS as well. With status comes responsibility, personal responsibility since you can no longer use any benefits from the defacto, such as SS, food stamps or any entitlements that are reserved for U.S. citizens ONLY, since their private law no longer applies to you.
