Is it a sign or miss direction or just as natural as seeing within a cloud

Care to elaborate?

Unless this is one of those 'Magic Eye' pictures where you have to concentrate really hard to see the image I'm afraid all I see is normal, earthly terrain.

Even if it did look like an eye, then what does it mean? What location is it?

Give me an object and I bet you I can find something within mountains, grass fields etc. that looks similar.

Yeah, this is clearly 'The Eye Of Prophetic Illumination'- who prophecised illumination? Could they have been referring to the discovery of electricity?
