Laws to divide

Laws such as those in the uk: inciting racial hatred is a crime in the uk: exist to turn people into arseholes. It is fairly obvious that making a law to stop people being bigoted, only makes people worse.So the question is: are politicians and dogooders really really stupid, or are people supposed to separate into groups?

They want people to separate. That way a country will devastate itself from inside leaving the job easier for TPTB to fulfill their agenda. AA is a good example, it causes a dislike for other groups do to unfair treatment of the others.
